Pre-Admission
- For pre-admission to Linksfield Clinic contact pre-admission on 011 647 3400 for forms which can be faxed or emailed back the Clinic on the number indicated on the forms. Online pre-admission is also possible at the following address https://admission.netcare.co.za/
- Shanaaz and Pertula will be glad to assist with pre-admission difficulties and issues should there be any.
- Please ensure that you have your authorization number ready to document on your pre-admission form.
Procedures in Rooms
- For in room procedures no admission is required into hospital.
- Procedures will be performed in the doctor’s suites with consultation and a management decision made post procedure.
- Ensure you have made arrangements to be driven home post procedure.
